| "GET THE 411" Parents...the moment you all have been waiting for.....school to start! The 2010-2011 school year is going to be an exciting, educational, informative, imaginative school year! We are kicking off this year with our first annual HOMESCHOOL-BLESSINGS OPEN HOUSE. It will be held Monday, August 2, from 10 am-2 pm at our brand new meeting place, Sheppard Park which is located at 4841 6th Street, Zephyrhills 33542. This event is open to anyone that is returning to our group or who is interested in becoming apart of a home school group for activities, clubs, support, etc. We will have information regarding field trips, reading clubs, P.E., drama club, and much more! We look forward to seeing new and familiar faces! If by chance you can not make the Open House, Homeschool-Blessings will be resuming with its monthly meetings and activities September 13th at Sheppard Park. September Schedule--Monthly Calendar September 13th~ 9AM Group Meeting, 10AM P.E., 11AM Reading Club September 20th~9AM Drama Practice, 10AM P.E., 11AM Reading Club September 27th~9AM Drama Practice, 10AM P.E. Can you believe summer is half way over! If you are still looking for things to do with the kids, we have some ideas! GO TO THE MOVIES! Here is the list of the movies playing at the COBB THEATRE in Wesley Chapel. The movies are FREE admission but it is first come, first serve. Shows start at 10AM every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. JULY 20, 21, 22---Shorts (PG) and Alvin and the Chipmunks 2 (PG) JULY 27, 28, 29---Fantastic Mr. Fox (PG) and Where the Wild Things Are (PG) AUGUST 3, 4, 5---Kit Kittredge: An American Girl (G) and Ice Age 3 (PG) Here is the Zephyrhills Cinema 10 Summer Movie Madness List. Show times are every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 AM. All Seats are $1.00. JULY 20-21---Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (PG) JULY 27-28---Over the Hedge (PG) AUGUST 3-4---Bee Movie (PG) AUGUST 10-11---Planet 51 (PG) GO ROLLER SKATING! $33.39 per person
**If you've ever wanted to visit the Kennedy Space Center, now is the time! The Space Shuttle Program is
scheduled to END in November 2010. After that, you won't have the opportunity! Many of us our staying
overnight at a motel for Saturday night. If you are interested in attending this event, please let us know by
September 15, 2010.
